Stephanie Uglow, CCC-SLP
Lab Manager
Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science degrees in Education and Communication Sciences and Disorders, and a Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She is duly licensed in Nebraska and Iowa, and a member of the American Speech Hearing Association (ASHA). Prior to her time at Boys Town, she worked in private practice with patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric communication needs.
Meghan Matuszeski
Research Assistant
Meghan received her B.A. in Applied Linguistics from the University of California, Los Angeles. She also currently works at the Language, Adversity, and Stress Lab at Boys Town and has previously worked as a research assistant at the UCLA Language Acquisition Lab. Her research interests are related to interactions between socioeconomic status and language.
Sophia Mule
Research Assistant
Sophia is currently an undergraduate student at the University of Nebraska at Omaha studying Communication Sciences and Disorders. Her research interest centers around early language development.
Alexa Peterson
Research Assistant
Alexa is a Junior at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and is studying communication sciences and disorders to become a speech-language pathologist in the future. She is passionate about helping others, learning new information, and being inclusive. and happy to be a part of such a wonderful team!
